Trademarks

Murex S.A.S. and its affiliates (collectively, “Murex”) own, license, and/or use certain names, trademarks, service marks, business names, company names, corporate names, logos, insignias, slogans, emblems, symbols, trade dress, designs, URLs or domain names (“Murex Trademarks”). Murex Trademarks constitute valuable intellectual property of Murex. You may only use Murex Trademarks pursuant to a license granted to you by a duly authorized representative of Murex in respect of such Murex Trademarks (a "License”).

In order to request a license to use Murex Trademarks, please complete the following form and once completed, select the “SUBMIT” button to send your request to Murex. On receiving your request, Murex will endeavour to review it promptly and contact you regarding your intended use of Murex Trademarks.

No use of Murex Trademarks is permitted prior to a License being granted to you. If your request is approved by Murex, Murex will furnish you a copy of the corresponding License which will govern your use of Murex Trademarks.
