Murex Ranked as a Top 10 Place to Work in France on Glassdoor

PARIS, January 25, 2022— Murex has once again been ranked by employees as one of the Top 10 organizations to work for in France on Glassdoor, a worldwide insight-gatherer about companies and an advocate of workplace transparency.

Murex, the global leader in trading, risk and processing solutions for capital markets, is honored by the distinction, its third such recognition from Glassdoor in three years. Attracting and retaining great people are core to the success of Murex’s business. Learn more about careers with Murex.

Despite work arrangements impacted by an evolving and challenging global context, Murex has opened its new Paris global hub to team members and continues to welcome exceptionally talented people to its ranks. These and existing team members will power its product pipeline over the coming years.

The Glassdoor 2022 Best Places to Work ranking, released in January, is especially gratifying because it is based on team member feedback inputted anonymously to the career search and company rating site.

“We are very proud that Murex has once again been highly rated by our team via Glassdoor, and we always value the transparent, open feedback,” Murex CEO Maroun Eddé said. “We strive to create an environment where our people can learn and succeed, while staying true to themselves. We know we have lots more to do, but it is heartening to see that we are on the right path. Our culture has been nurtured since the creation of Murex and remains a key reason why people join our company and grow with us.”

At present, Murex has received 611 reviews from current and former team members. Ninety-six percent of those employee-reviewers would recommend the company to their friends. Murex has a global workforce of over 2,500 people, with over 70 nationalities represented. Around 50 percent of these individuals are based in Paris.

The Glassdoor data evaluates attributes that include employee experience, work environment, culture and values, as well as the organization.

Out of a potential score of 5, Murex scored 4.5 on culture and values and 4.6 on diversity and inclusion. CEO approval stands at 99 percent among those reviewers.

A private company and an industry leader, Murex is driven by a long-term vision. Team members throughout Murex constantly confront and meet new challenges in an environment that nurtures sustained professional growth.

Murex actively recruits a wide range of experts across disciplines—business analysts, fintech consultants and software developers and engineers, among other capital markets and technology specialists—in Paris and in offices all over the world, focusing on the latest trends influencing an exciting, dynamic sector.

Glassdoor’s ranking is a strong affirmation that Murex fosters a space where Murexians experience a stimulating, enriching professional atmosphere.
