The Role:


Based in our Toronto office reporting to Head of Alliance Management for the Americas, your mission is to manage and develop our integration and support partner ecosystem, mainly on the Americas region (North America, Central and Latin America):


  • Promote Murex strategy and Murex Alliance strategy with our partners
  • Develop a quality, balanced and regular relationship with our partners at all appropriate levels
  • Foster the growth and quality of our partners’ pool of Murex skills (e.g. through implementation and follow-up of knowledge transfer) and the scope of their offering
  • Promote our partners’ offerings, with the support of the Murex business development team, to our clients, whilst ensuring their competitiveness and the value provided
  • Monitor the collaboration with our partners on common assignments, in order to ensure a clear definition of our respective roles and the respect of our commitments to our clients
  • Set up a quality assurance process to ensure compliance with Murex implementation and support methodologies
  • Streamline and facilitate the follow-up of common business opportunities, develop joint actions of "Lead Generation" with key partners
  • Identify new partners and negotiate corresponding agreements in accordance with Murex Alliance strategy 




  • B.A./B.S. required, Master's preferred in business administration, engineering, or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of experience in software implementation and in sales of value-added services (consulting, project management, support, outsourcing), preferably gained with software vendors, integrators or consulting firms.
  • Significant experience in Capital Markets
  • Understanding of the use of information systems
  • Excellent writing, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organized, structured and rigorous, you are tenacious and results-driven.
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic and curious; you demonstrate excellent people skills, a good open-mindedness and are at ease working in a multicultural and international environment.
