The HRBP role:


  • The HRBP is the main point of contact for the business and will work with the assigned business teams in his/her portfolio in all aspects of HR
  • Lead the end to end of all related people processes, including but not limited to
    1. Recruitment process (including offer and closing stage) for assigned clients
    2. Goal Setting process
    3. Performance Management process
    4. Learning and Development review process
  • Conduct HR initiatives or projects, which can be from Global/ Regional/ business team specific level

HR Analytics


  • This role is also expected to build HR analytical insights at Regional level, working with Global HR as applicable, to support the rest of the regional HRBPs in advising and providing valuable insights to the business.

Key success criteria for the role:


The key criteria for success in this role is relationship management. The role demands strong ability to quickly build relationships with both business clients and other HR colleagues and be seen as a trusted advisor of the business clients and a team player within the HR team. This requires the role holder to:

  • Have a high level of business acumen to understand the context of the business quickly
  • Have very strong relationship building and influencing skills to collaborate with both business and HR
  • Appreciate diversity of stakeholders, value feedback and have the agility to then tailor approaches
  • Have good organizational skills and follow through resilience to persevere in delivering value-adding services to the business.
