Your responsibilities:

  • Communication to Murex of Client’s business and IT strategy, organization, plans and constraints.
  • Promote Murex’s strategy and keep clients fully up to date on our offering
  • Educate feedback to Murex on improving its strategy, market trends and relevant technology trends
  • Ensure client-driven product innovation and ensuring value-driven delivery to the client. Recognize potential opportunities with clients and work with your team to drive sales
  • Work closely with Business Development and Client Services Domain Managers in order to identify opportunities and develop business while supporting and promoting Murex strategy.
  • Work with the Support Coordinators ensuring smooth day to day and business as usual activities’ successes and participate in their mentoring and development.
  • Work with the CDS Project Managers ensuring smooth delivery on all projects, extensions by sharing insights, knowledge, and understanding of the client’s strengths, weaknesses, and expertise.
  • Partner with clients to build relationships with senior decision-makers who influence the consumer experience for billions of people worldwide
  • Maintains client relationships with adaptability, urgency, and positivity
  • Seek collaborative opportunities, both internally and externally, identifying occasions to enhance a project by working across teams at Murex
  • Prepare and present presentations and communicate to clients and colleagues

 

To be successful in this role:

  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong academic background in business, finance, mathematics, and accounting
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating system, SQL, and basic programming is a plus
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify trends and recommend a course of action to resolve/improve/enhance the usage of our solution
  • Management of complex client relationships
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
