The position is within our Client Services department in the Portfolio Management team. 

Client Services’ main mission is to deliver scalable services around Murex platform and support all types of financial institutions clients. More than 45,000 users around the globe rely every day on our platform for their trading, hedging, funding, risk management or processing operations.

Internal Portfolio Management is a new team responsible to provide and support standards, common processes and methodologies around project management activities for internal projects (such as the implementation of a new information system, the revamping of an on-boarding program for newcomers, enhancement of delivery methodologies…)


We are actively looking for a talented Portfolio Management Officer.  

As an Portfolio Management Officer, you jointly work with several actors of our Client Services department to identify potential new Internal Projects and provide support to the internal project teams so they can deliver them within a defined scope, in a timely manner, within a budget and with sustainable quality, as per Murex’s standards.


Portfolio Management Officer’s activities include:


  • Support and enhance the implementation of Internal Portfolio Project Management new framework
  • Promote the mindset and the framework within Client Services EMEA
  • Create, support & maintain best practices around internal project’s execution
  • Follow up of internal projects
  • Train and support teams on best practices defined in the framework
  • Organize monthly project reviews


  • Operate the project portfolio
  • Organize sessions and provide support to transform ideas into business cases 
  • Maintain the project portfolio of ideas and internal projects: data accuracy and publication to our community
  • Contribute to provide regular reporting to CS EMEA Management on the portfolio and projects’ execution with corresponding risks and issues


On top of these activities, you will also act as contributor on specific internal projects:


  • Lead several delivery activities in coordination with the internal project’s Lead
  • Analyze and consolidate project status reports and KPI’s on planning, budget, risks, issues, deliverables
