The European Recruitment & Mobility team is part of the Corporate Services department of Murex, and our job is to partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, find relevant candidates, assess and convince them to join Murex. Geographical scope of our team covers Paris, London, Luxembourg and Moscow. All team members are contributing to both day-to-day tasks and project-based activities.


In order to reinforce the sourcing capability of the European Recruitment & Mobility team, we are looking for a proactive and creative Talent Sourcer.

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to enrich and continuously improve our candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct market mapping and build candidate personas, based on your business acumen and on the information gathered during the hiring brief.
  • Proactively build and manage candidate pipeline on key roles (identify and approach candidate prospects, conduct phone evaluation, identify relevant timing to get back to passive candidates and push relevant information to them, …).
  • Analyze the information you will get from candidates, recruiters and managers in order to constantly optimize your search and attract relevant candidates.
  • Share your input with the Recruiters in Europe and Middle East in order to improve sourcing efforts and capitalize best practices.
  • Contribute to promoting Murex’ employer brand and ensure positive candidate experience.


Your onboarding

  • During your first weeks on the job, you will be offered an on-the-job training on open positions, targeted candidate profiles and our recruitment methodology. You will also start meeting your key HR and business focal points.
  • During your first 3 months, you will follow an onboarding training program including on-line and classroom sessions on various topics such as Murex value proposition and company growth, MX.3 platform overview, Capital Markets fundamentals, Communication skills etc.
