As a Learning operations coordinator, you will:

  • Organize and monitor the smooth functioning of learning activity dedicated to Murex employees based in EMEA ensuring adherence to the learning policy & priorities.
  • Coordinate and monitor Murex collective sessions as well as individual requests ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Support the Learning operations Manager to optimize learning budget.


Your responsibilities will include:

Training activity coordination

  • Collect and analyse internal training needs with the Learning operations Manager
  • Establish the annual training plan & budget with the Learning operations Manager
  • Interact with external vendors: preparing RFP, assessing training offers and participating in the selection and decision
  • Communicate internally (semester & monthly basis), the scheduled learning activity
  • Monitor training activity to optimize attendance and budget
  • Manage all legal aspects in coordination with the Learning operations Manager
  • Supply statistics and regular status on spending / budget for All Hands meeting and ad-hoc requests
  • Contribute to training activity development by proposing new tools


Training sessions delivery : in collaboration with our team of training operations assistants based in Lebanon, you will:

  • Process the training requests,
  • Supervise training session organization and logistics,
  • Guarantee the accuracy of training data for invoicing,
  • Ensure the completion of evaluations following the session,
