Main missions :

Being part of a highly dynamic and challenging environment, you will have the opportunity to lead Risk management projects on the European market, support and help customers evolve as well as upskill junior profiles on the risk management practice.

  • Risk management delivery activities :


You will have to secure project deliveries with the highest quality and on time and budget during the different phases from the execution to the closure.


Execution phase: document the delivered functionalities in the functional and technical documents, distribute the build workload in your stream, contribute to test ware definition and test execution, deliver show sessions

Validation phase : review overall backlog of the identified issues, contribute to functional assessment, drive resolution of transversal issues (if any) and assist project manager in client triage of the cases, support the client during the validation phase  and drive manual testing on Murex deliveries

Closure phase: summarize lessons learned from all the functional streams and share them

As part of CES team you will have to build a relationship of trust with the client which means drive the knowledge transfer to System Integrator, Client and Murex internal teams for test and support activities, and be a point of reference on the solution and provide the advice throughout the project

You will also have to engage and mobilize the team for a successful delivery by helping stream members to become independent on the solution and communicating to the stream the full client context and keep them updated on the status as well as any change in the project


  • Risk management support activities :



In your day to day you will have to follow-up and solve client production cases (understand the client requirement/case and ask the relevant questions, troubleshoot efficiently and provide complete long-term solutions)


  • Junior profiles upskilling and knowledge transfer :


 As a “coach” you will advise junior profiles on both support and delivery activities by developing their expertise and autonomy in an effective and efficient manner, and helping them to provide a high quality of support and project deliverables
