Murex is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Intern with strong interpersonal skills to support its Business Development (Sales) Operations "BDO" team in New York. The BDO Intern will work closely with the Americas BDO team and the regional and global sales community at Murex on a number of initiatives. The BDO team brings together people, tools and processes to support the global sales strategy of the company.

This is an excellent opportunity to do a deep dive into the operations of a global capital markets software sales team, provide valuable contributions, and build strong analytical and business skills.

Mission

  • Assist BDO team with the documentation and development of business process and procedures
  • Improve and promote the use of internal tools for collaboration (SharePoint, Wikis, etc.)
  • Support special projects with a focus on CRM system (Pega)
  • Assist with marketing campaign execution and results tracking
  • Develop business development onboarding materials
  • Support the team with ad hoc projects which may range from creation of reports and processes to data improvement

Qualifications

  • College senior preferred, would also consider a junior or recent graduate
  • Studying business, finance, economics, or related subjects
  • GPA of 3.5 and above strongly preferred

Compensation 

$17.00 per hourly
