The Business Development Operations Coordinator will develop and control all processes related to sales and support the Business Development Operations Manager throughout the entire sales cycle.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with the Business Development Operations team, Marketing, Presales, Sales Administration and other relevant departments throughout the sales cycle
  • Coordinate, participate in, and (where applicable) facilitate weekly meetings, reporting and ad hoc follow up meetings as appropriate
  • Actively participate in knowledge sharing sessions, including opportunity status meetings
  • Provide local support for marketing events
  • Control gathering and structuring of sales data and documentation to:
    • Ensure maintenance of accurate sales data
    • Assist in creating reports for management
    • Improve materials for territory and account plan management
  • Maintain standard information required for client visits, meetings, seminars, media etc.
  • Coordinate on-boarding activities of new team members
  • Develop understanding of the company offering and markets by participating in internal meetings, trainings and seminars

 

To be successful in this role:

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance/Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 2 years marketing or sales support experience in a related/comparable environment (financial services, software or professional services)
  • Capital markets exposure, preferred
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment
