Our consultants contribute on everything from product innovation to software delivery and support, providing technical and functional advice to clients, integrators and other internal teams.
In the EMEA region, our Client Evolution and Support (CES) teams look after live client sites and are responsible for developing and implementing an appropriate support strategy for portfolio of our clients.
CES Moscow team is currently recruiting a Functional Consultant to perform support for clients of Murex Moscow.

As a Functional Consultant based within our Moscow office your responsibilities will consist of:

• Participating in the “business as usual” and project support, as well as extension projects of Murex system: follow-up of client open cases through email, CRM portal, phone-calls and on-site visits
Managing clients’ requests in compliance with internal lifecycle, including, but not limited to, thorough testing in case of functional changes initiated, and close communication with the product team
Participating in the system version upgrades at clients, then performing upgrades for his/her stream
• Developing an understanding of ongoing activities and manage your own deliverables/progress
