Client Services’ main mission is to deliver scalable services around Murex platform and support all types of financial institutions clients. More than 45,000 users around the globe rely every day on our platform for their trading, hedging, funding, risk management or processing operations.

The Project Management Assistance team proactively assists the Project Manager(s) to deliver the Murex solution within a defined scope, in a timely manner, within a budget, and with sustainable quality, as per project SOW. He/She is responsible for deploying Murex delivery methodologies/processes and ensuring project delivery quality through client project(s) delivery

  • Define, implement and execute the delivery processes, methodologies (Agile- Scrum) and best practices on project
  • Ensure and facilitate cross stream communication and team coordination including various internal actors: Client Services department, Product development division and Project Administration
  • Lead one or several delivery activities on internal or Client projects in coordination with Project Managers/Leads
  • Analyze and consolidate project status reports and KPI’s on Planning, budget, risks, issues, deliverables
  • Contribute to project quality control and to client satisfaction defining, maintaining, and deploying Delivery Methodologies and Processes
  • Actively contribute to quality framework definition and continuous improvement
  • Collaboration & Communication with all Murex departments ( Client Services, Product departments, Project administration) as per PM’s guidelines.
  • Part of the responsibility of a PMA is to make sure collaboration spirit with other Murex departments is well diffused with the rest of the project team.
