Your Mission

As a Senior Business Intelligence Architect, you will be dealing with several BI/ETL technologies such as Qlik, Microstrategy, EPM, Cognos, Talend. You will be designing, formulating and recommending world-class standards for achieving maximum performance, scalability and efficiency of the whole BI ecosystem.


Member of the Information System business intelligence entity, your responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Ensure best practices are applied by designing, reviewing the technical and functional implementation of the BI system.
  • Participate in the planning for retirement of systems programs, and migration of systems infrastructure.
  • Champion data quality, integrity and reliability throughout the department by designing and promoting best practices.
  • Design and implement data governance principles for data lineage, stewardship,  quality, security and data auditing processes
  • Generate optimized dimensional models serving as backbone for the rendering and display layer
  • Assist BI team members with issues needing technical expertise or complex systems and/or programming knowledge. Provide on-the-job training for new or less experienced team members.
  • Provide technical training to external team members to foster stronger cross-departmental relations.
  • Discover new opportunities to optimize the business through implementing advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling
  • Define, design and implement automated tests for different test types for continuous integration and delivery
  • Collaborate on the documentation and the enrichment of the BI knowledge base
  • Member of the SCRUM team, participate actively in all ceremonies, artifacts
  • Propose new ideas and innovations, challenge the existing environment/framework
