Your Mission


As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be directly aligned with one or more department, such as Customer Evolution Services, Product Evolution Services, Release Management and Quality Control departments and partner with them to help them achieve their goals. Whether you're measuring performance, analyzing behavior and trends, data mining, or predicting future trends, you will be working with cutting edge technology and big datasets. Working in the Business Intelligence team is a premier opportunity to work and be exposed to all the Business Intelligence production chain and its different activities (Capturing clients’ requirements in regular workshops, analyzing business needs, conceiving data models, developing dashboards, testing, releasing…) and components (Data warehousing, Data dimensional modeling, Data mining, Data visualization…).


Your Responsibilities


Member of the Information Technology business intelligence entity, your responsibilities include:

  • Partner with internal customers to thoroughly understand their activity and draw a reporting strategy including a clear roadmap of BI deliverables.
  • Coach and assist the internal clients on the definition of the metrics and challenge their reporting needs
  • Streamline requirements gathering and compile them into functional requirements
  • Generate optimized data models serving as backbone for the rendering and display layer
  • Develop the data discovery applications (dashboards, reports…), statistical models, predictive analysis models and write reusable code to include it into a Framework.
  • Discover new opportunities to optimize the business through analytics and statistical modeling
  • Define and execute unitary and non-regression tests
  • Design and implement data quality and data auditing processes
  • Communicate regularly on the different deliveries and train the users on how to maximize their use of BI
  • Collaborate on the documentation and the enrichment of the BI knowledge base
  • Member of the SCRUM team, participate actively in all ceremonies, artifacts
  • Propose new ideas and innovations, challenge the existing environment/framework
