As a receptionist, you will be responsible for handling service desk reception, secretarial and administration duties by building in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Greet, assist and direct  visitors to appropriate personnel
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department
  • Perform filing and clerical duties (faxes, visitors’ information, temporary access cards records, etc…)
  • Prepare and dispatch mail according to policies and procedures
  • Provide access cards and other similar tools (such as parking cards, mobile phones, etc.) to employees
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • Handle Lost and Found items
  • Send express couriers (Fedex, DHL, etc.) requested by employees or departments, check related invoices and flag in case of irregularities
  • Manage the meeting rooms and their availability
  • Implement and follow up parking allocations and handle access controls
  • Handle reception and catering for events held at company’s premises
  • Perform other related duties as required
