Purpose / Mission:

The Human Resources Operations Expert is identified as a Murex representative for Individuals and Managers of the site, for Corporate Functions Teams and external representatives of Personnel Administration. He/She partners with other HR and Corporate Functions to create an integrated work environment supporting execution of strategies in particular in optimizing the Employee Life Cycle.



Support and advise

  • Acts as a contact point for managers and individuals for people related administrative, legal & fairness of treatment  topics and/or issues providing guidance and support 
  • In support of the HR Site Head, facilitates performance management, annual compensation review, and other HR programs


Compensation & Benefits

  • Directly and/or in cooperation with other Corporate functions and/or externals providers when appropriate, manages and follows up on Payroll, Tax and other benefits (Health, saving plan, to mention but a few) contracts in alignment with Corporate policies and with respect of labor laws (legal rules and regulation), in particular is :
    1. Responsible for the accuracy of benefit invoices and timely payments maintaining an update employee database information with benefits vendors
    2. Responsible for all administrative steps  of the Payroll & Tax process (manage and track monthly payroll while coordinating with the external provider and accounting team for payments; prepare paperwork to process payroll changes as needed, etc.)


Personnel Administration

  • Supports the HR Site Head for all labor laws (legal rules and regulation), internal HR policies and contractual provisions.
  • Manages and/or coordinates Personnel Administration activity :
    1. By providing a high level of quality for the complete Personnel Administration activity for the Site, create and maintain employee files; maintain HR database; run reports as needed, etc.)
    2. By supporting the deployment of local HR policies / processes in compliance with Global HR policies /processes and applicable laws
    3. By participating in continuous improvement of local HR policies / processes 



  • The Human Resources Operations Expert can participate to Global projects or local initiatives as lead or team contributor
