    Based in Beirut, as a HR Business Partner you will be supporting the Client Services teams in the Middle East region: 130 employees based in Beirut and possibly a small group of employees based in Paris. Also, you should be able to work in an integrated environment (regional) under responsibility of a senior HRBP and in the interest of the local site Beirut (link with local HR Site) => matrix reporting.


    As HR Business Partner you will ensure that:

    • Business needs are captured and sufficiently understood before being shared with appropriate HR colleague for action.
    • The voice of the HR Group is represented to the supported Business.
    • Managers and employees are aware of and apply HR policies and procedures effectively.
    • Effective working relationships with people of the supported area are facilitated. Employee engagement / commitment and excellence in execution are maximized. Employees are treated fairly.
    • People’s ability to manage future change in order to sustain the organization’s current and future performance is developed.



    Your responsibilities

    • Ensure that Murex HR processes and frameworks (Appraisal, End of Year compensation review, Learning and development review, etc.) as well as local procedures are understood and deployed by the business, and that input is provided to HR Experts and process owners for continuous improvement.
    • Coach and advise employees, managers and teams, and facilitate meetings.
    • Meet employees for Exit interviews, onboarding, 2-3 years seniority at Murex, build surveys and reports for management
    • Recruitment: Update dashboard to share status, discuss and propose actions with recruitment team; can also contribute to specific interview (senior, …)
    • Learning: Ensure Learning Plan is defined and executed.
    • Communicate to managers and employees with appropriate channels (internal networks …)
    • Contribute to ad hoc projects, either for MEA needs with local team (e.g. Flexibility at work …) or Client Services EMEA with Client Services HR team.
