We are looking for a qualified HR Business Partner who will be the local point of contact for stakeholders for all people management topics / issues. Our ideal candidate should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management.

Your focus will be to support the EMEA Client Services teams and contribute to broader projects as part of HR EMEA team. You will be reporting to both Senior HRBP for Client Services in EMEA and local HR Site.

As HR Business Partner, you will assist people & managers with advice and guidance and ensure that the business and employees’ requests are translated into comprehensive HR operations requirements.

You will also act as change agent to sustain organization’s continuous evolution.

Ultimately, you will contribute to optimize people engagement in particular by ensuring fair treatment.

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure that Murex HR processes and frameworks (Appraisal, End of Year compensation review, Learning and development review, etc.) as well as local procedures are understood and deployed by the business.
  • Coach and advise employees, managers and teams to ensure effective working relationships; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
  • Coordinate and follow up with Recruitment team on current and forecasted openings; contribute to specific interviews.
  • Ensure Learning plan is defined according to collective and individual needs and executed.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, maximize engagement and increase retention.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects, either for MEA needs with local team (e.g. Flexibility at work …) or Client Services EMEA with Client Services HR team.
