Your Mission:

Being an active member of the EMEA Murex travel team force and provide dedicated support and expertise to Murex Business Travelers by responding to all travel related enquiries.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Understands and anticipates client needs and travel preferences
  • Organizes employees’ business trips by planning their destination, transportation and accommodation and executing all related booking and reservations
  • Handles hotel reservations within and outside Lebanon for employees
  • Keeps employees informed of essential travel information, such as travel times, transportation, connections, changes in schedules or reservations, visa requirements, rates of currency exchange …
  • Handles all business visa’s procedures for employees and interacts with appropriate authorities to obtain visas
  • Organizes Murex business events logistics with hotels
  • Designs and maintains all travel related policies and procedures and ensures that employees are compliant with guidelines
  • Develops strong internal working relationships with all departments and teams
  • Identifies savings opportunities and service enhancements and ensure smooth deployment of best practices
