Digital transformation is the profound and accelerating transformation of business activities, processes, competencies and models to fully leverage the changes and opportunities of digital technologies and their impact across society in a strategic and prioritized way, with present and future shifts in mind. 

As part of its Digital Transformation Strategy Murex wants to reengineer a selected number of key internal processes and tools, mainly related to Sales and Client Services. In order to drive the transformation and to guarantee the success of this program, we are looking for an experienced product manager in the CRM field who will work on the requirements for the delivery of the different solutions through close collaboration with the development team, and build trusted experiences with internal stakeholder, clients and partners. 


  • Master the CRM ecosystem’s basic features and trends 

  • Act as a link between Murex and external solution providers of the domain, manage relationship and ensure follow up on issues impacting internal solutions. 

  • Understand and document business functions and processes.  

  • Collaborate with the functional team to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, requirements, and levels of systems access.  

  • Act as a link between end-users, technical analysts, information technology analysts, developers, consultants and other teams in order to advance on the analysis, design, implementation, configuration, testing and maintenance of the different systems and projects. 

  • Analyze the feasibility and elaborate requirements for new systems, and enhancements to existing systems, and ensure that the system design fits the needs of the users and ensures the integrity of the system. 

  • Recommend solutions to be developed in consultation with impacted internal and external clients based on current understanding of needs and ensure the scalability of the technical design provided by technical teams. 

  • Conduct impact analysis to assess the potential implications of any change. 

  • Follow up on the execution of the information system roadmap in order to ensure that we are solving the clients’ pain points and responding properly to their needs.  

  • Perform technical proof of concepts (POCs) and present them to the business.
