As part of its Digital Transformation strategy, Murex wants to reengineer a selected number of key internal processes and tools, mainly related to Sales, Marketing and Client Services. In order to drive the transformation and to guarantee the success of this program, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager in the CRM field to lead the domain, and work on the inception and the delivery of the different solutions through close collaboration with the digital strategy, business representatives, and technical teams, and build trusted experiences with corresponding stakeholders.



You will act as Domain Lead on the Customer Relationship Management domain. In order to effectively play this role, you need to:

  • Be aware of current challenges that Murex is facing in the domain, understand the market trends when it comes to Customer Experience & Engagement Management, and help in driving evolutions that ensure a good standing of Murex from a CRM standpoint.
  • Ensure that defined strategies are conceived and driven in a way that can be executed on the ground, and that roadmaps and commitments provided to the management are achievable with a clearly identified and measurable value.
  • Understand and document the domain landscape from the perspective of business functions, processes and architecture.

You will also act as Product Manager in the SAFe context, and will be responsible for:

  • Elaborating Features with the proper level of detail in collaboration with Epic Owners, Business Representatives, fellow Product Managers, System and Solution Architects, Dev leads, Operations and Security specialists, and any other needed stakeholders.
  • Driving the execution in close collaboration with Product Owners and teams in Agile mode, while respecting and applying the SAFe principles, making sure that the teams have a proper understanding of the value behind the features, and can effectively define and challenge design choices and priorities.

You will be managing a team of Product Owners and Technical Analysts by:

  • Helping them overcome impediments that they face by understanding their challenges, supporting them in finding solutions, and raising their concerns to external stakeholders who can help solve their problems.
  • As well, you will be responsible for ensuring a proper growth of your team members in their career path, ensuring regular follow-up on their progress while continuously providing constructive feedback and pushing them to excel in their role.
