Job Description

Being the support coordinator for our strategic account, you will work with Client Manager and Bizdev to continue to provide high-quality BAU support and services, ensure the platform is robust and reliable, and strengthen the long term partnership.


The Role Will Have The Following Components

  • Coordinate the support in line with Murex's goal to deliver flawless support.
  • Drive standard processes and monitor performance KPIs to improve and optimize support including resource allocation.
  • Develop a thorough network of contacts across the client organization (in collaboration with Client Managers and Biz Dev.), including IT as well as business departments
  • Act as a project manager for the delivery of specific extension projects on the production, in collaboration with domain experts and the client development team
  • Contribute/Lead the continuous communication with Murex internal teams to convey clients’ feedback and new modules required by the client
  • Promote new developments and new methodologies to the client
  • Adopt and apply the methodologies and processes from a corporate level (Housekeeping, Training programs, PEGA usage, MXTIME accuracy, MXBI, etc.)
  • Identify, propose and deliver enhancements to the platform and to the organization in order to achieve the strategical objective of reducing the platform’s cost of operation and enhancing the time to market of new features in production (in collaboration with Client Managers and Biz Dev.)


JOB Requirements

  • Bachelor, Masters Degree
  • Based in Beijing
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience at Murex, acquired in any Murex office. FO domain and BO domain are preferred
  • Comfortable with a very strong component of client-facing and onsite work, and with remote collaboration with the other Murex offices, e.g. PES, DEV, and RM
  • Comfortable to work in a small dynamic office where everyone is requested to be proactive. Furthermore, the candidate is expected to be comfortable working in a Chinese environment
  • Previous experience as a Support Coordinator is a plus
  • Fluency in Mandarin (speaking and writing) is a must

Platform and Business Skills


  • Strong expertise in one Product domain, with interest to expand knowledge to other domains
  • Good understanding of bank’s business, organization and operating principles
  • Good understanding of financial instruments and their typical usage and life cycle in the industry
  • Good understanding of cross-domain platform components (EOD, GOM, Trade Representation, etc.), with interest to develop further
  • Good understanding of technical aspects of the platform (Architecture, Security, Resilience, etc.), with interest to develop further
